State of Mind were invited in to the Salvation residential accommodation in James Lee House, Brick Street, Warrington to deliver a mental fitness session
The session as a first for State of Mind and we were extremely honoured to be among the residents.
The session as delivered by former Warrington Wolves, Wakefield and Leigh Centurions player Ian Knott with Dr. Phil Cooper (5 Boroughs Partnership NHS Foundation Trust) player.
The session went really well and was really enjoyable and so much so that we have been invited back in 8 weeks time.
State of Mind would like to thank the Salvation Army for the invite and for the great work they do every day in the UK
