State of Mind, What’s Yours?

1 in 4 people will experience mental ill health in the UK in 2016. It is therefore likely that you will work with, or manage someone who will, or already is, living with a mental health condition.

State of Mind Sport* is bringing their award-winning workshop session to the IoD on 3rd March from 5.00pm. The event is hosted by Brabners and takes place at Horton House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool, L2 3YL

Lead by Dr Phil Cooper, Nurse Consultant in Mental Health & Substance Misuse, and supported by former rugby league players Jimmy Gittins’ and Danny Sculthorpe, and IoD member and State of Mind trustee Owen Cotterell of Mocha, the workshop will explore mental fitness and resilience in a sporting and business context. The session is light hearted but deals with serious mental health issues.
