State of Mind Sport have been asked to link up with a student project looking at the impact of the State of Mind Education sessions delivered in rugby league clubs

Grace Robinson is studying at Liverpool John Moores University and has put together a survey to ask people who have attended the rugby league club sessions their opinion of the session and the impact it had on them.
State of Mind would like to encourage anyone who has attended a rugby league session to fill in the survey which should take about 5 minutes of your time.
