State of Mind completed the latest Mental Health First Aid England training for those hoping to help others in recognising and getting help for people who may be experiencing mental fitness issues

State of Mind presenters` Phil Veivers and Danny Sculthorpe completed the training days and are trained to deliver mental health first aid courses, as well as Jimmy Gittins and Ian Smith

Those attending the course included PDRL players Will Maudsley and Tony Seward, Warrington Wolves Foundation volunteer Kevin Smith, State of Mind presenters George Riley and Adam Little, Culcheth Eagles duo Ian Stapleton and Michael Dodd alongside Woolston Rovers’ Dave Ditchfield. Two attenders from the Widnes Vikings Offload project Alex Killen and Des Ainsworth joined Physical Trainer and State of Mind volunteer Jeff Millington and Armed Forces representative Chris Abel. Finally Chris Chamberlain from St. Helens Community Foundation attended as preparation for the upcoming Offload project that will run from St. Helens very soon!
