The Stay Alive app is a suicide prevention resource for the UK.

It has tools to help keep people safe in times of crisis, details of the emergency or support services to contact in Hertfordshire. You can use it if you are experiencing difficulties with your mental health or having thoughts of suicide or if you are concerned about someone else who may be considering suicide.

The app links you directly to local and national support, so you won’t need to carry around slips of paper with contact details on, it’s all stored there within the app. If the resource isn’t listed, simply add in your own.


All guidance and information within the app are reviewed and updated every 6 months to check all resources are updated and links are in working order.
