The second session delivered as part of The Peoples Postcode Lottery funded project with St Helens Referee Society took place last week
The session that was specifically designed for rugby league referees and focused on the issue of conflict resolution training.
The session was facilitated by former Super League referee Ian Smith and State of Mind Sport trustee Dr. Phil Cooper
The feedback from the session was outstanding with great suggestions to make it even better. The evaluation identified that referees awareness of conflict resolution had improved by 31% from before the session to the completion of the session.
