World Mental Health Day 2020 is the most important one yet

2020 has already been a really difficult for so many people and mental fitness is more crucial than ever

The months of lockdown and loss have had a huge impact on our mental health.

MIND Charity research, with over 16,000 people, found that more than half of adults (60%) and over two thirds of young people (68%) said their mental health got worse during lockdown.

Lots of people may be struggling for the first time and people with mental fitness issues may be feeling worse than usual, and people with existing mental health problems may have got worse.
